Why they had to reopen Foo...

I noticed a disturbing trend while foo was closed - the foo backedup in the BF system and started flooding into other forums. The most notable was P & R - I can tell you, that group just isn't ready to deal with foo - you would think it was something unclean the way they fled from it.

Much like when a sanitation system gets backed up, there has to be an outlet for foo, if not, people just can't seem to flush these errant thoughts from their systems.

Besides, we all know that this forum is often used for a dump from the other forums when a topic really is not in line with what the other forums are about. The other forums actually have a theme, but foo is often what results from the stimulation of the other forums.

So, it is my opinion that without a release of foo, the forum became constipated.

But, in my defense for this tasteless posting, for me, the foo that procedes from the our lifestock is much more valuable than the livestock themselves - but you have to deal with it, or it starts to smell...

I visited P&R a few times last week, before Foo was closed. It's a fun place to hang out.

What did I do while Foo was down. The wife and I drove to NW Georgia looking for a quiet, bike friendly place to retire. We actually found a few areas.

That's true.. and also the earth's rotation was in serious jeopardy of grinding to a halt w/o the existence of foo. And yes, I think they were frightened of the consequences. Nothing would have happened though (aside from the eternal night and day thing).. -but nothing besides that. truth.
