You did not seem believable enough I bet. I speak Yeti, which is close to Sasquatch, want me to but in a good word for you?

Does this mean all the wiring is done? And the shopping for curtains? Successfully moved the smaller tank? Cleaned out the old house?

I meant right now, while at the office.

The new outlet is wired for the small (55 gallon) tank. That tank has been in the house for about two weeks now. The old house is completely empty, I emptied out the building on 2/28. That was the last of it. Our landlord gave us back our full deposit after we had lived there for six years. Pretty good deal. He also offered us back a weeks rent since we were moved out early. We thanked him and told him that we are not that petty and we appreciated everything he had done for us over the years.

Most of the rooms have new curtains. Just a few more windows to go, not in a big hurry on those since they are empty rooms. We did get a pair of twin beds (from my parents) for when people come to stay. I figure if I have a bunch of guys staying there for races then the twin beds might be nice. We still need to pick up the extra full size bed. We have a nice air matress for the time being though so we can handle a few people. Two in twin beds, two on couches, one or two on the air mattress, countless more on the floor.

There is still plenty of work to be done on the house, however there is no money to do anything right now. Looks like I get a small break. Well, with the exception of having to put together the new storage building.
I may be fat but I'm slow enough to make up for it.

Wow, you had a generous landlord.

When I bought my present house, I had been renting a house in a part of Seattle known as Ballard. My landlord was also a real estate agent. He was the agent for me on my present house.

Not only did he not want to return the deposit, but he wanted to charge me for fixing something (I can't even remember what it was now, but it was in that shape when I first rented the house)! I got my deposit back only with threatening him with a lawsuit.

Twin beds, yeah, that's good. When Siu and I go on the road it will be nice to have accommodations .
