Just noticed this; check out the "Last Supper" on the Sci Fi homepage- http://www.scifi.com/battlestar/

I can't wait, either, I am gathering my beer and food for the evening as we speak. It's been a loooooong hiatus, and this is an excellent show.

I have no idea who the 12th is, but I just want Saul Tigh to end up being human. As a matter of fact, I would prefer it if the majority of the characters stayed human, but it's getting tight.

Saul Tigh...perfect cylon reveal.

The fifth is either: Kara, Prez., or Adama.(

No spoilers, what you think I'm crazy? The only reason I like to guess is because the writing is as good as The Wire.

Just watched 30 hours of past episodes, getting ready for tonight.

A cylon better say "by your command" this season or I'm shooting the frakin' tv set.

#6 with her seductive voice, should whisper into the 12th's ear.... "by your command..." as the final words of the last episode.

I just started watching this a few days ago, trying to get caught up so that the new ones makes some sort of sense. It's still a bit disjointed though, mainly because of how my fraking DVR only keeps 5 episodes unless you remember to tell it to keep more (thus I've missed a few key ones).

It's a fairly decent remake. Some of the things on the ship seem really old tech (like the gas pumps and the machine guns) yet they have light speed travel. An interesting mix of old and new tech.

The writer's strike almost made us miss out until 2009.

You are right on time. No senior moment for you.

The creators figured that in space, you use what's the most practical.

Bullets > lasers. Figure a bullet will always be easy to forge and make holes.

FDL drive...eventually the only way we will colonize other worlds will be if we learn how to fold space.

Fuel/distance makes this integral to an space opera.

Gas pumps/phone lines...again, very useful and reliable in space. Everything makes sense, except for some of the cylon stuff (which also makes sense since cylons are way more advanced).

Frankly, I prefer the first two seasons of the old show! It blows the pogees out of the new show. If I have to spend another centon listing to the word frak..........

Enough of the good writing.....I want to see Cylons getting the crap beat out of them.......I miss Lorne Green...It was all so simple then.............good guys vs. Cylons................I can't take this deep meaning crap...Throw Baltar out the damn air lock already!!!!

So you're the reason the writers went out on strike They didn't want you to miss out on any episodes

Like they did with Season 3.1 and 3.2 eh?

That was good for 20 episodes. I wonder if season 4 will be that long too.

Baltar is the best villain on television, excepting maybe Ben Linus from LOST.

Well, whaddaya think of the season so far? I really, really didn't like those guys finding out they were (apparently) Cylons at the end of last season, but the way it's played out has proven me wrong. Opinions? Serendipper?

Pretty good episode tonight, I was hoping Earth would look like that, instead of like Battlestar:1980

Speaking of that, I always hear from soft-skulls and bedwetters about how the original series was better. Now I don't remember much from the original, but here's a plot synopsis of one of the episodes of Battlestar:1980

Quote:

He and Centuri attend a party, where they met Wolfman Jack. Centuri is disabled by radiation from a microwave oven. Andromus uses his red beam to destroy the microwave and set fire in the apartment, allowing them to kidnap Wolfman Jack by employing his power of persuasion.

They head for Wolfman Jack's radio station, where they plan to send their distress signal. The Cylon's plans are thwarted by Troy and Dillon.

A disoriented Centuri carries Andromus off the top of the radio station's building to their demise (The Night the Cylons Landed).
Yeah, that sounds awesome.
