Smoke it if you want to, that's what being an adult is all about, making choices.

There needs to be a third option, namely, "I don't myself, but I also don't care what you do."

heh, for the record, I think it should be legal.

But it isn't, and I make too much money to risk it.

I generally use Roundup somewhat diluted, but only when I'm prepping a flower bed. In the lawn I let anything grow that can survive without getting watered.

Seriously, I'm firmly in the "I never have but plenty of friends do, and I think it absolutely should be legal" camp.

Either that, or both "legal" smokes and alcohol should be banned. Alcohol is at least as damaging as weed, and cigarettes have evolved from simple tobacco in paper to a horrendous toxic chemical morass over the years. If the people smoking US cigarettes had to smoke just tobacco in paper they'd probably die of toxin withdrawl.

I have been pulling the dang things for weeks now. I try to pull a few 5 gallon buckets a week. May have to resort to chemicals, but getting crab grass out of St. Augustine is hard to do chemically.

If I'm within breathing distance of you, better throw the damn thing away! I'm highly sensitive to smoke and you will give me an asthma attack if you smoke anything in my presence.

If you're far, far away from me, I don't give a damn.

From Scotts label:

Where Not to Use
Do not use on lawns of bahiagrass, bermudagrass, bluegrass, fine fescue, bentgrass, ryegrass, tall fescue or dichondra as severe lawn damage may occur. Stay 18-24 inches away from plants, flowers, and mulched areas. Not registered for use under dripzone.

BTW, I studied horticulture at Texas A&M and worked in the retail nursery industry for years.
