I think I have found a new favorite show.

Yeah, I've seen that show. Had no idea that they were doing yoga. I just thought it was a very aesthetically pleasing show.

I have seen that show. Aesthetically pleasing is a good way to describe it.

It does make me wonder if yoga is really more effective when performed in a deserted factory or under an expressway bridge.

The locations have nothing on the new belly dancing show that is also on fit tv. The dancers not only perform in front of factories and under bridges, but the special effects dept of fit tv sometimes makes it look like it is snowing.

ok, I tuned in the other day ("Shimmy")

Now I have TWO favorite shows!!

Although Kate's voice on the Yoga show, together with the background music, makes for a much more soothing experience. Plus I may actually do some of those practices....dunno how soon I'll be belly dancing (tho I certainly have the belly for it!)
