One of my goals this year is to be participate in a Triathlon. Towards that end, I ran for the sake of running, something I haven't done since Mar 05. This time I am going to avoid all the stupid things that let me give up the sport.. I
- got arch supports straightaway.
- am going to limit my MPW to < 6 the first two weeks and gradually increase it.
- am going to take it easy and not try to erase any PRs. Ill gladly take 8 and 7 minute miles over ITBs or shin splints.
- am ABSOLUTELY going to stretch, religiously.
And now to improve my swimming that I learnt last year.
