make with the sexes. Duh!

Actually I have avoided all caffeine for the past few weeks and have resorted to tiring myself with swim/bike/run. Trick is to exercise early enough so that you wind down sufficiently.

It is now midnight in Tude's World - and I just came up from nasty basement where I spent 2 hours rearranging my bike stuff (tools, lubes, clothing, bikes, etc). Completed laundry - and then rearranged roommates boxes of ... carp and then did a light sweep around all, as well as sweeping up the nasty kitchen floor and vacuuming the upstairs hallway plus my room (and stairs leading up to it).

I'm beat. I'll have no problem sleeping tonite.

You wanna do this next time? Come on ... you'll get a good sleee-eeep!

Next on the list - make salad for tomorrow's lunch and then shower. I guarantee I shall fall into bed and most likely fall asleep with the TV on.

Its freakin 12.45.. Installed a 12-27 on and de-greased, cleaned the entire drive train. I rode 20 miles, 10 miles of it into an awful headwind . They said it gusted to 30 mph today.

And I am still not tired. Sleep, she eludes me.
