I've been struggling to stay awake for the last 4 hours or so. I work nights and this is my last day off. I have to stay awake till at least 6am and force the body to change into night mode. I have to do this every week. It sucks, I know. That's why we usually get "shift differential pay".
If I had a trainer, I would be on it. But I don't. I've done squats, lots. I've done lotsa stretches too. I've organized my underwear drawer by color. I cleaned up my office. I ate pretzels and cleaned up my inbox from evil spam. I installed my new flashing tail light on the bike... turned off all lights and watched it flash in all it's glory (now I see flashing red dots everywhere I look).
... I'm less than an hour away... maybe some cycling videos will do.
