I Agree, although that looks like a poor quality vinyl wrap

I really really badly want a 4C. Badly enough I keep googling Alfa Romeo dealerships. They're few and far between in Eastern Canada.

I just read through jalopnik that the north american version of the 4c will be 350 lbs heavier than Euro spec.... that's like a ton. Not literally obviously. Down with USDOT!

The flying bug... it's truly air-cooled but not sure it's air-worthy though.

Going by info in the american alfa forums in north america you would go to a fiat or maserati dealer but since these car are hand assembled in a surgically clean production line, cars for the next 2 years there are likely already sold.

In australia fiats alfas and chryslers are sold at the same dealers.

You wonder where the 350 (EDIT(pounds)KG vs Pounds makes a difference) difference is but I wouldn't blame the USDOT straight up. My GUESS is that the US version has a steel frame rather than a carbon and aluminium frame. A steel frame would be safer as it would have better accident crumpling characteristics and a steel frame would be WAY cheaper. It may be a cost issue with the importer believing that the carbon/aluminium frame just adds too much to the cost.

I don't know about the extra 350, haven't read that anywhere yet but if the carbon tub was removed from the car it wouldn't be a 4C any more and alfa wouldn't bother returning to the US if they had to remove it.

I've always loved the look of the Josse Indigo model (Sweden, defunct prototype).

Of course, the BMW Z8 isn't bad, either ...

3500 GTi, from this article on Jay Leno's 25 coolest cars.

And this Cord 812 is awesome and new to me...though the picture is a bit bright.

R107 AMG. Much prettier than your average 20-30 year old car. And those 3 piece OZ's...

I don't find these particularly good looking, but any 850hp luxury sedan is pretty awesome in my book. 0-60 in 3.5. Freakin' violent.

I can't bring myself to pay for one, anyway...would get very limited use and be mostly a garage ornament.
