F40's are worth well over $1M these days.

True but that corner it just took knocked $400k off it's bluebook.
I WANT; knowing things as they are, I'll find one for myself some way or another over time.

Looking at F1 and then the Indy car races , looks like the F1 cars are longer .
looked for data on wheel base and width of the 2 and seemed to be of no avail..

Easy way to tell the difference between water-cooled and air-cooled 911's: the air cooled ones' highest point in the roof is right at the top of the windshield. The water-cooled ones have more of a "bubble" roof where the highest point is slightly farther back from the top of the windshield.

I wonder if that's because the engine change coincided with a redesign, or if it was necessary for adding a radiator without increasing the nose length.

The Best use for the new water cooled cars ... is a deep front trunk with no spare tire.
Air-cooled forever!

Kegs fit well in the back of MGB GT's too.. a buddy and I had one in the back of his car , till it dropped out of the back of said car

onto Marina Drive in SF, (in the mid 1980's) .. did have to let sit set a while before tapping it. ..

Not usually into the stanced thing, but this thing is clean. Check out the hood. That's practically the best feature of all time.
