It's an option on modern versions of this car, (The S-Guard because it is a Mercedes S-Class,) that has hydraulic, possibly pneumatic windows so powerful they could take an arm off.

Those Mercedes shots reminded me of this car we saw in Germany in 2005. It was in the parking lot of a castle we were about to tour.
