Last two days have been too lazy or tired one to do my workout at 8 pm at night when I finally had everything taken care of. Thinking about doing my workout in the morning a couple of days and see how it feels (4 am ) haha. Anyone else a morning person or what is your peak time. I always feel the most energy at lunchtime but am not close enough to a gym.
ooh, my bilogical clock sees fit to wake me up at 5:30 AM a lot of days (but I do not get up).
On weekends, even if I've been out boozin it up, I'm probably up at 7 or 8.
9 if I'm having a big sleep-in day.

I used to work out at nights an hour before bed time but it would keep me all juiced and I couldn't sleep. Now I prefer to get up early and work out. Although I find out I get tired during the work day....(considering my work day is very physical, I guess that's to be expected)
