On second thought, I think I like the arrow thingie. But no fictional characters. Joseph Stalin and Merton -- Thomas Merton, I presume -- are real people.

So,
From CyLowe97: Joe Starck --> Joseph Stalin
From Joe Gardner: Joe Starck --> (Thomas?) Merton

I think I'll add to the Real People Association Thread rules that one must explain why one recalls the other, i.e., why Joe Starck brings to mind Joseph Stalin for CyLowe97, and why Joe Starck brings to mind Merton for Joe Gardner. This way, one must know, and tell, something about both -- and -- this'll distinguish greatly the RPATs from the commoner WATs.

So both CyLowe97 and Joe Gardner have qualifying associations here, as they are real people, but they both must adhere to my new rule of the association explication to earn a passing post status. Jsharr: F

So,
The two rules of the REAL PEOPLE ASSOCIATION THREAD:
1 Use the arrow thingie -->
2 Include Association Explication

OK, from the beginning then:

Joe Starck
