More money than sense. With $8000 to burn, I wouldn't buy that.

    That's the wiki explanation.

When one makes an object out of composite materials, one of the ways to remove excess resin and air from the "composite matrix" (carbon fiber mixed with resin in the case of this bike) is to place the bike in a bag and vacuum the air out until the resin dries.

Without air in the bag equal pressure (about 15 pound per inch at sea level) is placed on all surfaces of the bike.

It is a form fitting clamp, basically.

    Okay. Thank you.

Is this the next frontier? Has this purchase passed approval by your economical advisory council?

My pal's rain bike is worth about $8K. His new bike is worth about $9K.

They'll look nice in his new $1.8 million house. Next to his Porsche convertible and the two Benzes.

    What a country.

I still have the best dog.

The permitted annual bike expenditure to dog food ratio is 4:1

If you exceed this, you must feed other people's dogs to make up for Fredliness

You haven't bought a bike in a few years; the dogs should be feeding you
