MMMMMM.......Bison Pepperoni Sticks

Pretty much the reason why I could never become a full on vegetarian. I mean I could live without steak, chicken, pork. Fish would be really tough, but pepperoni sticks and sausage - I'd be lost without!

Bison is great - very very lean. Although I have found Bison ribs to generally be very tough.
