I have 2 chicken half breasts, a pork shoulder that is going to get cut down into ribs.
I want to make carnitas, and I was taught the boiling then pan fry method but completely forgot. What ingredients do I need to put into the pot, and if the pieces aren't too big how long will the boil need to go for?
Also, chicken half breasts. Should I smoke them? How? Will they dry out you think?
