I don't know about lunch but I just started supper fresh green beans picked with in the hour red potatoes dug 45 minutes ago and I pulled a couple onions while I was in the small garden once that cooks up I slice some turkey smoked sausage and add to it
It don't get no better for a hillbilly (that's why I'm a clyde)

mpf... forgot my yogurt today
But I had a yummy sammich with whole grain bread, slices of turkey, onions, green leaf salad, avocado, tomatoes, pickles and some mustard.
On the side was a few slices of cheese together with green grapes.
A banana for dessert and a piece of dark chocolate for the sweet tooth.

Left is a oats 'n honey granola bar for the commute home.
