Please tell me that the yogurt with blackberries and bananas is a separate item from the steamed carrots. (The way I'm reading it above, you're chowing down on yogurt with berries, nanners and carrots in it...)

pb&j at my desk, and raw baby carrots. If I were marooned on a desert island with nothing but pb&j, I'd be a happy guy.

Tude, no la cucurachas trying to carry off your yogurt?

Make a chicken pasta sort of stir fry w/ brocoli, corn, carrots, and cheese, and I had a peach.

I wish I could make good things for work lunch. I can't seem to make anything I want to eat... at least something that will beat the temptation to go out to lunch with coworkers. Damn that's a lot of money!

I felt gross after eating a ton of macaroni alfredo with bacon last night.

Now all I can think of with food selection is that I must choose between food
that will either kill me or heal me.
