The "I'm embarassed to say I like this song" thread

Rock with You, by Michael Jackson.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hK3Y1Ehv9c

Sorry, I know. But I just do, ok???? Wow, feels good to get that off my chest.

What's your deep, dark, secret favorite song?

The list is so long, but I'll start with a song that I amazed my ex-wife by identifying with a single hand clap on the radio once, several years ago. I should have called in and won the prize...

To further the latent homersexual subtext, obviously.

I win this one easy:

The Things We Do for Love by 10cc.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVzRMlvi81k

That song is so lame but it reminds me of 8th grade, which was pretty much 9 straight months of mooning over various girls.

Now that I think about, I can remember at least four girls I was absolutely in love with in 8th grade -that's a lot of wasted energy. Pretty funny now.

I made it through the first line.
Backwards however it sounds like the lyrics were written by Soul Coughing.

I hate musicals. Hate them with a passion. But I hate to admit that I have a soft spot for this song:

I actually like Michael Bolton's version of "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" better than Otis Redding's version.

I win (or lose, whatever).
