What Fantasy Archetype are you? Your Result: The Damsel in Distress
You find yourself in predicaments beyond your control, yes somehow emerge relatively unscathed each time, usually due to the work of the hero. Eventually, however, you prove yourself resourceful and generally end up in a wonderful relationship before the story ends.

No worries MeMyth, artifice to the rescue!

The HeroYou are the ultimate defender of justice, freedom, and purity. The hordes of evil quail before you. Nothing can stand in your way due to your combat skills, keen intellect, gorgeous looks, and sheer luck. Plus, you usually end up happily wed.

Mentor.

I've only been on one fight in my life, it was in the seventh grade.
Does that mean for the fight question I should answer Extremely Well or Are you Kidding?

It said I'm a hero. I think it got thrown off by asking me how good I am at fighting. I may know how to fight hand to hand, and I may be a gun nut, but when was the last time that mattered? Doesn't really come up.

I am the King's most trusted swordsmith. Only I can forge a sabre of the finest steel using forgotten techniques and alloys. I walk with a limp from the battles I fought alongside the King's father, but no man dares look in my eye to challenge my mastery.

(Tom, how far should I spin this fantasy out? I'm starting to like it.)

I dunno! As far as you want.....I'm just having cognitive dissonance from botto as a Hero, of all things. I always mentally cast him as an Antihero, in a way, kind of like Loki in the Norse mythos.

I got "hero," but I thought "hooded executioner' or "hedge wizard" would have been better.

Hey Tom, your quiz is clearly broken:

What Fantasy Archetype are you?
Your Result: The Hero

You are the ultimate defender of justice, freedom, and purity. The hordes of evil quail before you. Nothing can stand in your way due to your combat skills, keen intellect, gorgeous looks, and sheer luck. Plus, you usually end up happily wed.

This is not me at all--nooo. Mwuhahaha.

It gave me the Archetype of Mentor. I think the critical questions are 3 and 5 IIRC.

Agreed. It needs a few more options
on those--cool quiz though.
