Lunch. Blah

Well, I just had the most uninspiring lunch --- some blah soup full of ... nothing but still raw and big chunks of carrots and celery - in a funky tomato sauce. Thought there was supposed to be chicken in there somewhere. ick.

BUT! It's your day!!! I'll trade you my chicken vegetarian style stew for whatever you have! Sounds good, doesn't it!! Whacha got!!??!!

Well, actually, I just had the most delicious vegan stroganoff- tofu and soy protein in a luscious soy sour cream sauce served over perfectly done noodles. Thank goodness for the veggie truck on campus- good eats, all the time. I'd share it with ya, Tude, but somehow I don't think you'd like it (it never mooed, clucked, or bahhh-ed). Plus, there's none left. Sorry!

I just finished a bowl of watermelon chunks/red grapes and some Oatnut bread. Pistachios and dried Chili covered mango will be the added plus.

It was Siu- very tasty (and way too much food- all for $5.25). And arti, I don't think my lunch was uninspiring- yours sounded good, though! Tude- go for the Ghirardelli 85% cocoa content- I just tried it for the first time last weekend- even better than most 80-85% out there.

Just pulled a pizza out of the oven. It's one of those frozen deals from Aldi: Freschetta, self-rising whole wheat crust.

I had black bean burritos. Made by me

Well, I couldn't say, given that I've never tried rat poison, but IMO, the darker the better. But that's just me- I can 't say that I'm fond of any milk chocolate (unless it's in a Reese's PB cup- now THAT is mmm, mmm, good).

I love very dark chocolate. When I was in San Fran last - made sure I made a stop at Ghiradelli!

Lunch for me starts at 9am and goes to 2 pm
-banana
-pear
-1 veggie morningstar pattie
-1 veggie morningstar pattie with bread and lite may
-peanut butter crackers
-pudding cup

No leftovers at home and no time last night = I improvise. Must really work on that.

Mcdonalds hamburger happy meal. I craved salt and bad stuff -- but the best part was the Darth Vader bobble head toy that came along with it.

i went to burritoville and ordered two chicken tacos. crispy shells. when she told me the total i had to subtract one because i didn't have enough cash. i filled up on free chips and salsa to help ease the hunger a bit, but i really needed two tacos.
