While I was the one using it. I took the minivan to haul me and my bike down to the group ride. We left at 6 and went for 36 miles of hammertime. When we got back, all of us who drove found nice, long key marks on our cars. And we were the only ones who got keyed. None of the other cars in the parking lot got it. So we called the Akron police and the Cuyahoga Valley Rangers. Akron never showed up, but the Rangers sent 3 guys out, which was nice. They did what they could, take pictures and personal info and the like, but all us knew that there really wasn't anything they could do about it, except patrol through there more often.
My parent's are cool with it. I'm going to buy some wax and scratch buffing stuff and get rid of the key marks, along with changing the brakes. It seems like we ticked someone off on one of our rides and they saw the team kits and found out where we meet. And the ride wasn't free of cagers either. We got honked at a few times, and one guy just laid on the horn forever. So if you live west of Akron, Ohio and see a red pickup with a red cap over the bed, avoid that vehicle at all costs. Although he probably wasn't the one to do it. But who knows.
