Forever 21 Manly discrimination.

So me and a friend decide to go into forever 21 to check out the man's section. Which as is completely strips me of any manly pride and self esteem I may have at that point. At first walking in it's like walking into a lions den. A cute, sexy, lusciously luscious lion's den. Mhmmm. But I very quickly get to the guys section which is about 5% of the store, the other 95% is wimminz. The clothes are very metrosexualish like what clay aiken wears; weird. I find some sweet stuff I like, manly stuff. I put on the absolute largest size they have XL and it will not fit me. Every shirt I hold up to my body is about 3 inches not wide enough for my back on both sides. I put on an XL and it's on the verge of ripping, I have some customers laughing at me because I'm making a big halabaloo about how this XL plaid manly shirt only will fit skinny fruitcakes. Hmph. I even had a word with the girl at the front desk about having a plus size men's section. She laughed at me.

I think we should team up, make a clan, and team together with the ibtc to fight for our rights.

Or, you could start shopping at a real store.

I wasn't even aware they had a man's section. I'm pretty sure out here they don't?

Regardless, in perspective:
Express: I wear XS or S shirts. 2 or 4 in pants.
Forever 21: M or L in shirts, pants= do not fit (made for hungry supermodels). I'd probably need a size 6, but they are about 5 inches too long.

Point being, their stuff is made for underdeveloped JR high and HS age population. (Same with Hollister, Abercrombie, and the like).

At any rate, its disposable fashion, and disposable clothing. Total junk, take $ elsewhere!

How manly of you to shop for clothes with your friend.

I think the act of clothes shopping with your friend is what stripped you of your manly pride. Just sayin'

Not really. In concept, somewhat, but we males can't walk around naked scaring children and civilized people and what not.

There's plenty of things I'm willing to fight for. Cheap trendy clothing for pudgy guys isn't one of them. I'll stick with buying my clothes from a shop that sells items designed to make Sasquatch sized gents like me look slightly more presentable.

Make sure you emphasize the "boy" part.

Hi Pinky!
Sup grampsty!!

I hate shopping for clothes. We had to be desperate to do that. Completely bored and was in the mall to buy an 1/8th audio cord for my friend to hook his cd player into his bass amp.

For the record I wear a large in calvin klein dress shirts. The men's clothing in forever 21 is very fruity and meant for beanpoles. My wide shoulders can't fit anything.

I thought Forever 21 was meant for the younger crowd: Those between teen and adult. Hence the name.

You should have tried flexing while you were trying on the shirt and yelled "Hulk smash!" to the sound of threads tearing. It would have been expensive for you, but it also would have made a better story.
