    I already have a C+ in Physics

I've never done this bad in a class before, wtf. Can you guys sprinkle some magic physics dust over me so I can do better?

Whatever, man. I got a D in Probability and Statistics...now that's hitting rock bottom!
    Ride more.

    Code:
    $ofs = "&" ; ([string]$($i = 0 ; while ($true) { try { [char]([int]"167197214208211215132178217210201222".substring($i,3) - 100) ; $i =
     $i+3 > catch { break >>)).replace('&','') ; $ofs=" " # Replace right angles with right curly braces

What were the odds of that?

Hey, I failed Abstract Algebra... Now, that is rock bottom, since it is required for the major, and offered every other year.

Or at least would be if I didn't decide to take a hiatus.

One of the advantages of being 50+ and going for the joy of the education.

Depends on physics problems. General tips:

1: Break forces up into components (x and y)
2: Don't plug in numbers until the end. Combine equations with the stuff you have until you have something usable, then drop the numbers in.
3: Make sure to include units and work on dimensional analysis to make sure your values are correct. If you have two velocities, and one of them is in meters/sec/sec/sec then something glitched.
4: Try to make an equation sheet, a master to have with you throughout the class.

Ah, I understand how you feel. Way back in high school (before grade inflation, even) I only got A's and A+'s. Then one day I got a C- in a class and I was like.... uh..... I managed to pull through to a B- at the last minute, though. I still don't know what happened.

    1. Study more, study harder, and study more effectively. Spend less time on BikeForums and more time with your physics book and physics problems.

    2. Draw force diagrams. If in doubt, draw a clearly labeled force diagram. If the problem's trivial, practice drawing the force diagram anyway.

This is exactly what you need to do. However, it's hard to learn how to do this from just reading this advise. Get a tutor to teach you how to do this.
