'Vanishing Point" (1971) Good movie

"Vanishing Point" (1997) Not so good.

I loved both the old trasformers as well as the new movie. For me there was just something really really really cool about seeing a live action transformers movie. The opening sequence with Blackout was pretty incredible.

Bah...Michael Bay transformed Megatron into a bargain bin Sauron. So wrong...

Ok, yeah, the new jagged Megatron shape was kinda meh... I liked the space fighter idea but the whole thing was just too jagged/organic looking. They should have at least had an extremely prominent cannon and maybe a sleeker but sinister appearance.

I hope the sequel has Galvatron lining up and disintegrating Michael Bay in a cameo. I'd pay to see that.

I know alot of directors like to have small cameos, but has Micheal Bay ever done one in his movies?

High Society. On paper, it sounds brilliant: hey, let's make The Philadelphia Story as a musical! We'll get Bing and Frank and Grace Kelly. It'll be beautiful!

Wrong.
