I am taking my 7 year old to an ice cream social at his elementary school, so I too will be cracking skulls. If any silly elementary kid tries to take my ice cream, I will bring the pain.

To answer your question though, I believe they hand dipped Blue Bell vanilla last year and then had some toppings.

Errands on the way home. Then a run with the dog. Then sitting. Or not - actually we have to go buy curling brooms & possibly shoes. I wish it was sitting instead - I'm pooped.

My kid is not a real big fan of ice cream as it is, although if he got to choose, they would serve TCBY cotton candy icecream with gummy bear sprinkles.

1. Ride to B&H to hopefully pick up my new lens.
2. Ride to Hoboken to pick up a newspaper lens for a photo assignment on Saturday.
3. Sleep, maybe?

That's my plan, except we're going over to a friend's house to watch, seeing as how we don't have a TV.

You see last cycle's debate that she moderated? She slapped both Edwards & Cheney, much spectacle and amusement on my end. I look forward to see what she throws to these two, if the last one is any measure, they'll both have egg on their faces by the end of the night. Most excellent. Have a good night, everyone.

It's hockey night!!!

Ride home, eat dinner, put kids to bed, drive to the rink, play hockey, hang out at the rink bar for a while, drive back home, nudge wife, get turned down, go to sleep.

Disclaimer: In all fairness to the wife, I usually get home around 1:30am
