Someone sneezed at me

Riding in today, a car was passing with it's window down. THe passanger happed to sneeze while passing me. I know this was likely a chance occourance, but I decided if I caught up to the car, I'd pretend to take offence. Unfortunately, they got away.

I didn't even get a chance to bite it.

At a red light I told someone they had a nice bike and they responded with, "how are you?"

I had to explain Gezundheit to a young kid yesterday. I taught him a new vocabulary word.

There used to be an Isuzu pickup truck running around town with custom plates that read Gzundht or somesuch. It was hilarious to pull up behind it and see ISUZUa on the tailgate and gezundheit on the license plate.

hehe

Couple years ago - Hotter than Hell Summer - and I hate stuff on me when I'm riding so I either wear a sport bra (good one that's lined - usually a Tri top) or a t-back bicycling top and I pull up to a stop light - sweat rolling off me like I'm a gatorade commercial --- and a convertible pulled up next to me - and a little kid pointed at me and said,

"Look, Mommy! She doesn't have a shirt on!!!".

hehe I laughed, she looked back at him like he said something wrong ....

Tonight on my ride home, I was waiting behind another cyclist at a light. He turned his head to spit on the ground, and since it was a little windy, little flecks of spittle blew back and hit me.

Gross.
