I don't know. That burger looks a bit undercooked. The cheese is doing an excellent job of preventing the fat from the burger penetrating through to the bun. What can I say, I'm home for the second day in a row with a stomach flu. Nothing looks tasty!

Hey that looks like a good feed. One of my bugbears is that if your going to get all guilty about life's little pleasures then it better be worth it and that at least looks like its worth it.

Now I hate to get serious (well not really) but the lipid hypothesis has enough holes in it to drive a Mack truck through it. To pick just one, if dietary saturated fats really caused heart or artery disease then EVERY inch of your arteries would be falling apart and disease laden but they're not. Artery damage is discrete at a certain point along an otherwise healthy artery. Rant over/

Oh wait, this brings up a great idea... after adding bacon, batter dip the whole thing, then deep fry it!

That would be good with a sausage wrapped in buttered bacon as an appetizer.

My heart hurts.

it would probably be Niagra Falls coming out your ass after eating that thing too. I like my burgers cooked, for obvious reasons.

The burger patty should be deep fried in oil that has been used for at least a year to make buffalo wings and french fries.

The grilled cheese sandwiches should have chopped onions and bacon on them and be grilled in bacon fat.

The tomato should be battered in egg yolk and corn meal and deep fried in beef tallow.

I am going to make this, film it, and put it on youtube. I actually have oil that I've been making wings and fries in for over a year (3 years, actually, since I moved into my current residence)

Grilled cheese is nothing compared to a Krispy Kreme burger:

http://www.geeksaresexy.net/2008/09/...bacon-burgers/

These were sold at the San Diego county fair. You could get the "healthy" version with a fried chicken patty.
