I'm too paranoid to do the early thing. I have to see the ballot go from my hands into the machine that counts it.

...It took me a long time to accept direct deposit of paychecks, as well.

Has to be Nader. He's the only one who makes any sense at all.

I need to get my arse in gear. Won't be able to vote in CO (though I was hoping to help swing the state).

I didn't bother to change my registration address for the primary since I am registered as independent, and can't vote in the primary here. However, I do want to vote in the general election, so I filed my change of address Friday. As another thread mentioned, it was an hour and ten minutes before the deadline.

I also have sent the absentee ballot. I'm not telling who I voted for, though.

Since the R implies "her" I can only assume you voted for Palin and that old guy.

btw - if you're in Minnesota, then you're close enough to being in battleground state.

And what little respect I had of you for saying it. Maybe not 'little'. Little-ish is closer.

Do you know how many times I see and hear that thing? My daughter's cheer team had it on their fricken team t-shirt last year. I almost went berserk.

No. I've got nothing against absentee voting if it's your thing but I prefer going to the polls on Election Day.

I did this afternoon after lunch.
Georgia actually has early voting this time around, not that I've ever agreed with the rest of the state.
