Arg! Pain doesn't go away :(

Due to my procrastination of stretching routines I've screwed up my right leg. I have a constant pain that feels exactly as the pain felt when stretching. Except that this one is not on one spot/muscle. It starts on my back (above the right glute), all the way down to the right ankle.

I've been a few days with this, hoping it goes away. Yesterday it got worse and forced me to stop on my ride 3 times. I've been stretching today, trying to make it go away. I stretched the right calf, right IT band and right glute, covering all muscles in the pain area. It goes away for a few minutes and then the pain comes back. This sucks much, it hurts... ouch.

Something tells me I'm not stretching the right muscle group... the one that's causing the pain.

/me goes back to youtube to learn more stretching exercises.

it's possible to do too much stretching. Maybe you are doing the right muscles, but you aggrivated it?

You may want to just rest a few days. Take some ibuprofen, maybe. If it doesn't start feeling better in a day or two > Dr.

Didn't thought of that... I've taken some ibuprofen from the PM variety and I'm heading to bed. I'm officially calling off this morning long distance ride.
