What car do you drive?

If you have a car that you drive, or have to drive, what is it?

Here's my latest, soon to be my daily driver. Fortunately I have a short commute for work. I do ride my bike to work, however, I have those days that require me to drive to visit clients.

1970 Catalina Convertible

My current mode of transportation is a 1995 Isuzu Trooper, 4WD.

We have a bunch of vehicles - the one I like to drive is the corvette. It's a convertible, and FAST. I love it.

Get the sexy coupe! Awesome car. Has the lines of a Lexus sc430, which I think is the sexiest car on the road today.

That's a nice looking vehicle. We're still debating between a few different vehicles for my wife. My guess is that she'd love this one.

We have a Toyota Matrix. Good overall utility vehicle. One of my main criteria when buying a car is that 2 bikes can fit in the back ... for those times I don't have the hitch rack with me.

Riding my bike around the neighborhood I kept seeing a Buick For Sale in this guy's driveway.
Three months time, he lowered the price by $1500. I stopped by, on one ride, to talk to him.
2000 Buick Century Custom, 58,000 miles one owner. Nothing Wrong with it.
Bought it for $5000. He was correct nothing wrong with it. 22 - 34 mpg.

projects:

17k mile 1970 Jaguar 420G (total overhaul - it's a rustbucket to end all rustbuckets)

1956 Austin-Healey 100/4 BN2 (if i ever get my Jag off the rack, i'm going to be restoring this one for my dad)

I have a 1988 Honda CRX that I bought new in April of '88. It's been my only car all that time, and it has about 23,000 miles on the odometer, now.

With an 86 mile round trip commute (all highway), it's just the right ticket gas wise. I avg. 40 mpg. as long as I drive at reasonable highway speeds. First car I've had in a long time that I can change my own oil without having to twist my body parts like a contortionist just to get to the oil filter also.
