Ok, this is odd...

I couldn't find my wallet.

I hunt it down to my truck.

My truck i forgot to lock.

This was stupid.

My dads truck was broken into a week ago.

My wallet has the $3 still in it.

My wallet has the 2 CC's and 1 DC in it.

My wallet is missing my license.

The place i put my license does not allow it to just "fall out".

Credit cards are traceable to establishments with cameras if you try to use them. It leaves a paper trail. Getting new ones with a license and a phony billing address is harder to trace.

You need a lot more than a license to get a credit card...

You should report it stolen to the DMV and place a fraud alert with the credit reporting companies.

Yes. This kind of stuff is crazy.

My wife and I are still working with the credit companies over a $2000 cell phone bill from a lady in California with the same name as my wife. I had $500 bill at Amazon from my checking account that I never made.

Keep your ID safe.

I feel sorry for the one college student here on the campus I go to school at. He or she didn't lock the car doors... and found a homeless person asleep in the car. It took a call to the local PD to get the snoozer out of the vehicle.
