The stressed out, uptight, or cranky persons thread.

Come on. I can't be the only one.

I would go looking for a funny picture to insert here but I'm not in a good mood

Step into this thread and take a deep breath. You'll chill right the hell out.

Besides, it's still the weekend in your neck of the planet. Relax for a bit!

Waaaaaah finals are coming up and I have to deal with working, studying, writing oodles of papers, practicing for an opera voice recital (which is on the morning of one final, after which I have to commute 40mi and 3hrs away to my school ), organizing and promoting a bike ride, having PT done so I don't suffer too much on said bike ride, getting background research ready for my research project next semester, and getting my tutees ready for *their* finals at work. Phew. Stressed out? Hell yes. *facepalms*

AHH the joys of study. Thats a seriously sado-masochistic pastime.

A new wrench has been thrown to my ski plans that doesnt involve skiing. My sister is getting married this summer, apparently, which means significantly reduced cizzash and vacation time..

I fail to see the issue. Skiing = winter, wedding = summer. Ski now, and if you don't have enough saved up by the time 6-8 months rolls around, take the bus.

A question of fiscal discipline rather than anything else. Mucho dinero needs to be spent for the summer wedding, like 3x the ski trip.
