Foo needs to migrate from BikeForums to Greenland

"Greenlanders older than 15 drink an average of 11.6 liters (more than 12 quarts) of pure alcohol per year, the highest in the Nordic region, according to official health statistics."

Isn't Greenland part of Norway?

Oh, and here's a picture of two cats hugging.

The story I got it from is about Greenland looking to become more independant hopefully from oil drilling. Norway wants them to do their own thing because Norway spends $3B a year to subsidize 55k people living on that rock of ice.

The alcoholism part is about what a former leader of the country thinks they can't take care of themselves if Norway gives them control of everything except national defense and a few other key pieces.

Isn't it part of Denmark?

I'd offer to be designated driver, but I don't think there are many roads there.
