I needs it. I need to stop eating a few thousand calories of ice cream and choclate a week. This is getting ridiculous! <digs back into the ben and jerrys turtle soup>

Well I at least have some self control. I gave my daughter the last handful of dark chocolate M&Ms. Of course this was after I had eaten about a cup of them.

That is my policy. Unfortunately the inner wussy refuses to go outside in frigid temps and no sunlight. This just further adds to the binge eating. Big positive feedback.
