Dragging thread

This thread can be used to describe any kind of "dragging."

But I'm here to talk about how bad my butt is dragging because I have cut my caffeine intake to practically nil. It's going to take a few days and some ibuprofen ... and I really don't know if I'll make it.

cut back slowly and the headaches won't be so bad.
Drink tea....20% of the caffeine of coffee and a lot of antioxidants too.

The stuff you kids drink today is a lot more potent than the stuff we had back in the day.

I barely touch it myself. I still have a few bags of Columbian I haven't finished yet.

I want you to pick a day on the calendar at random. Ok, did you pick one? Cool. That's the day you will consciously try to not be horny.

it is easier to cut back like MV said. I quite for a while but started back up when work schedule got crazy. My trick was to drink lots of water it really helped with the headaches, after a few days I was off coffee and soda. I'm not even sure I need it now that my work schedule is the way it is, probably don't. To be honest I felt better once I had cut out caffeine and sugar drinks.

Every time I try to be at work by 8:00 AM, something happens. This morning I spent at least 15 minutes looking for my glasses. I should have just put in my contacts and been done with it.

Try this: Dilute your regular coffee with decaf. Start with a very small amount and every day, add just a little more decaf and less regular. By the end of the month, you should be on all decaf. Then give yourself a triple espresso.

This sort of thing works best if everyone drinks out of the same coffee maker and if you can get in early enough to make the coffee.

I have a 3 cup french press which I use half-caff in. Days when I get enough sleep, I don't need it.

I do today.
