Stupidity in the news.

Ah, the divine stupidity of people. We often share links of stupid things in the news- thought it might be good to have a thread for them.

Here's one from today:
Lonely man leaps into polar bear cage
Quote:
Police said that, before being let go, the man told them that he felt lonely and the bear appeared lonely, too.

Problem is the bear could have choked on him and that would have been real shame.

With regards to stupidity, just think how dumb the average person is, and imagine half of the people out there that are dumber than him/her.

The polar bear was going to reduce his carbon footprint if left to its own devices.

you need to learn the difference between stupidity and psychological problems.

Even though the man probably has a psychological problem, it doesn't make jumping into a bear cage any less stupid...

I think polar bears roll in snow to clean themselves.

And what his he getting ready to bury his nose into? Huh?

And you really have to be sutpid to jump into a polar bear cage, especially when there is/are polar bears there.

I knew a woman once that wanted a close up of a fledging Bald Eagle nest and the mother eagle tore the lady up. She had been warned. And She was stupid.

You mean the man or the bear? Cuz they lured the bear away with a leg of meat when he had a whole man to eat...
