Should be a better year for cycling. Expecting a MiniDex in August, and that's going to be a riot And I'm not losing my job anytime in the forseeable future, so yeah, 2009 is shaping up as well as it could I think...

seeing as 2008 was damn good, there's only one way, and it's all downhill to hell with a tailwind

I still haven't figured out what the or else will be... but don't worry, if '09 gets out of line, I'll come up with something.

if 2012 doesn't have anything good to offer, I'll come up with a doomsday device.

Actually, most predictions indicate that 2009 will be just like 1276, and 819 BCE before it.

One small problem with that: Who the hell is Ernest?

I will get my XO-1 restored to perfect paint.
Will also get a lottery win which will allow
me to buy a giant house in the tropics so I will
need a corrosion resistant titatium cross bike.
I may also need a private jet or three. Plus
some other stuff.

Slow down there big boy. As I recall, I was given a non-binding, provisional, never-gonna-happen, first right of refusal on that bike if he did not want it. Don't make me go find that thread or message where he committed it to writing.
