I gave a generous donation to the "Jane Goodall Foundation" to help the animals and chimpanzee's in Africa.
Also gave my two dogs Coach collars, the little spoiled brats.

I gave my sister underarmour coldgear that she'll use when she's being SisterCop.

I gave my mom "a day on the town"- gift cards to a bunch of her favorite places around town to eat & shop.

As in, an actual police officer, or she like, comes over to your house and snoops for nefarious things to tell your parents about?

Anyway, the coolest gift I gave this year is the growler of locally made beer I gave my dad and step siblings.

You are so kind, pgoat, but there is no need to thank me. He rewards me enough with his politeness, respect and by keeping his grades up. His mom has no idea what a beautiful kid he is. Although he was sleeping in different places and being exposed to drugs, violence and gangs, he told me that he a very lucky kid. And that was after I bought him some Gatorade and socks a couple of weeks ago.

I figure simply existing is the greatest gift I can give the world.

(I thought that might be a nice contrast to Siu's humble and heartwarming posts. )

I've seen enough cases to know exactly what you are talking about with kids like that....they have so much to give if we can only see it in them.

I also know without selfless people like you they'd be in much more danger of being lost. I know you're not doing it for for the thanks...and all the more for that reason, I thank you!

It wasn't the most expensive gift we gave. But, as guests opened their gifts; I thought the biggest smile came from the person receiving a Chamay Christmas gift pack...

I had dinner with my parents and my cousin. Apparently, this was the best thing I could have done. My parents were very thankful.

I'm on the very edge of having absolutely no money, so I'm building a wheel for a friend.

Those are the only two things I'm giving this year.

yep. He was trying his best to be normal last night and failing. Kid has so many issues, although he's looking into joining the National Guard. Doubt he'll get in, but I think it would do him wonders.
