    What else should I do.

So I went and got my seklf a little hammered tonight. I went to a local sports bar for teh UFC fight. when the waiter brought the check I see I had 5, 24oz fat tire drafts, 3, 24os Coors light drafts and two beers befor I went out.
So I have a 24oz gatorade and a few multi viatmins that I will drink befor bed.

Any Foosters have any other sugestions to avoid a havgover???

FYI, If your advise is "dont drink". Shove it! I loves my brewskies!

This morning there was a guy passed out in front of my hotel room. Drink lots of water.

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

If you use Cytomax for cycling it is a great hang over cure... if you use it before you hit the rack.

I've heard that aspirin will help if taken before bed.

I've also heard that Pamprin (for periods) will reduce the swelling on the brain in the morning.

Best remedy I know is lots of sleep and lots of water, plus some vitamins when you wake up (the first time).
When I ride, the troubles just roll off my back.
