I would raise a glass of champagne but I have a 14 lb. Siamese on my lap who is draped across my typing arm and that makes it difficult. And I drank all of the champagne in my glass already.

(amazing how difficult that stuff is to find around here. Am I the only one that "likes" (worships) it? I tried to pick up some when I was at the store the other day, but as usual, they didn't have it. All they ever have is the B&J's version, for @ $5.49 for a piddly little quart -screw that. And as usual, "2nd Choice Rule" was in effect, so I wound up settling for Mint Choc Chip.)

Obviously a n00b. Most everyone here knows of my obsession with Pistachio Ice Cream. Over here it's 1/6.00, sometimes 2/5.00 if I'm lucky. Where abouts are you?

I must admit to a penchant for Pistachio Ice Cream, myself, and it's all Siu's fault.

The best NYE last snack before bed is a bowl of Pistachio Ice Cream and a Glass of Dom that kills the bottle.

I'm in Nawth Kerlina, up in the hills near Wilkesboro. We don't get so much of that fancy-schmancy stuff round here. I'm definitely not in Kansas (Baltimore) any more.

...it does have a nice view though; particularly in the summer and in the fall.

My bicycle brought in the New Year with a bang. At 6 am this morning my tire exploded.

I'm glad that didn't happen in the middle of my 50 miler yesterday!

Happy Foo Year!

That looks like one seriously worn out tire.

Perhaps it just wanted to popacork to ring in the new year?

The aforementioned Siamese is a cat:

And typing is not a problem since I'm quite dextrous with my fingers.
