A shot of my brain from an fMRI study I participated in last December:



Now when my mom says I'm being brainless, I can point to the pic and say "nope, I'm not brainless, see?"

Look at pics of either random objects, random people, or teh bf, and while doing so, I was being heat shocked. Dunno the results yet, but the theory was that a picture of a significant other would produce changes in the brain that mitigate pain.
