Backrub oils

Walmart, Kmart and Target have failed me. A friend suggested Bed Bath & Beyond. It's 6:20pm now, I'm running out of time. I need to find a local store, get the supplies and come back BEFORE the target goes to sleep.

Any suggestions?

regular lotion would work too. something that smells better than your plain body lotion.

the trojan section of WM KM and Target should have KY massage oil.

Hum... I first kinda rejected the KY idea because it was not sneaky enough. I guess I can put it on a different bottle tho.

I'm also downloading some music with Indu instruments that looks like it's gonna do the trick. And probably would not hurt to get some aromatic candles I guess.

WD40.....just try BOE shield...she'd be protected from weather and dirt too!

But seriously, I prefer Almond oil (sweet almond oil makes you smell like cookies!) as it nourishes the skin and makes perfect massage oil. If you can, spike it with Jasmine oil to give it a nice smell. Also, Jasmine is awesome for sensitive skin, relaxes, relieves any sort of pain, balances hormones and improves libido.

While we're on the topic of backrubs anyway, try the following two things
1) Next to the spine, on both sides, is a big muscle, find the inner edge (next to the spine) and place your thumbs at the lower side of the muscle (always try to work toward the heart, but you can do the back in one direction). Place the thumbs above one another, and move the top one up a small distance, pushing down into the muscle and stroking it. Now, let the lower one follow the top one a small distance apart, after a few inches, lift the leading thumb up and place it behind the other thumb. When the now leading thumb has travelled a few inches, lift it up and place it behind again....keep repeating this. If you do it 'in the air' it should look like your thumbs are 'orbiting' each other, movng forward.
You can do this on any muscle edge, but it is especially good next to the spine.

2) Once the back muscles are warmed up, take your knuckles (I prefer the ones on my hand, but you might prefer the ones in the middle of your fingers) push them into the big mucle parallel to the spine, and move upwards. I.e. brushing the muscle with your knuckles. Any big muscle can take this, although some need more warming.

Also, once you're done with the neck, do the knuckle thing on the trapezoid muscle which extends from the neck. It feels heavenly.

Finally, start out soft, and keep upping the amount of pressure, you can go a lot further than most people think (I regularly twist someones shoulder muscles more than 90 degrees without dealing any pain).

Oh yeah, take a massage course together, it's fun (not sexual at all, trust me here), a great skill and it makes you more aware of how the body handles touch and how the muscle works, aiding in all sorts of activities.

Oh, before I forget:
In a pinch I have used
1) water
2) Olive oil

You can use margerine as well, softened butter, anything that lubricates (hot candle wax, if you're into that )

OK, I got the Almond Oil, the KY as backup plan, the Tiki Light Fountain with running water (to give the target something to look at), some scented candles, incience sticks (backup plan for the candles), the Sounds Of Nature meditation CD, a hand held vibrating massage thingie and some candies as bait.

Everything worked beautifully. I'm now a happy Fooster with a happy wife.

Grapeseed will get sticky and tacky.

For this use, you're best off using a waterbased lubricant, as oil based ones will leave a more oily texture and mess up the sheets (or carpet, couch, whatever you're on).
