Anything that is new to my ears.
My tastes range from Gwen Stefan to hasidic hip-hop, to delta blues, county fried rock, to middle eastern--nearly anything.
What matters is it's done with passion.

(Although I'm not hip on country, go figure)
Pass on Tuvan throat singing too.

Keane is some pretty good stuff. It's in the same genre as Interpol. And Radiohead is always a no fail too.

Circle II Circle, Opeth, Rapture, The Old Dead Tree

As do I. My interest in music waxes and wanes. Lately, I have found myself more prone to listen to music while working, in the shop, etc.

In my younger days, I would spend hours in the record store, or at home, making tapes of albums to play in the car, etc.

I hope I get fully back to where I used to be musically. Been toying with the idea of getting a huge drive and getting all my music on it, and hooking my computer and stereo together.

I had the toughest time replacing my amplifier. The industry had completely changed.
I ultimately bought a used Denon Reciever to power my stereo up front, and moved my old tuner and amp to the back to power the backyard speakers.
I have a fairly old house, and I haven't completely steeled myself to do the necessary work to integrate the whole house.

I also like to use Pandora to get music ideas. Plug in some Interpol and it will "suggest" similar music.

lastfm is a good one too.
