I had to give up kick boxing and judo and two years ago. Since adrenaline and stress are an issue for me.
I sorta want to get back into shape so on the off chance i can again, i will be ready. plus losing 30 pounds of muscle mass is a bit much. I have gone 8 days with out a seizure, that's sorta a record around this camp.
the last time i went to a fight night at a club it was american boxing (and I got beat due to an seizure in the first round), the problem with american boxing is funnily enough I can't, it requires me to give up everything I have spent the past several years learning. Plus with a torn rotator cuff I don't punch very hard off the left, I am thinking of fixing that and much as i can.

I have access to a heavy bag and a kicking bag, and when i first got out of the coma i got up 130 push ups. but i think it was mostly boredom
