I just made a batch of peanut butter cookies, using a recipe new to me. It is from Cook's Illustrated. So far, I am not convinced they are any better than my usual peanut butter cookie recipe. And I had high hopes for them, given that they contain a half cup of ground dry roasted peanuts in addition to peanut butter.
