Any Wii bowlers out there?

I just got my wii a few days ago and I am addicted to that game. What makes it even better is that my wife also enjoys it. We have had some pretty good matches so far.

I played them a little last night. I was able to get every pin on the final one (I think 91 pins).

I can't access youtube where I am now, but earlier I saw an amazing video of some kids playing Wii tennis while riding no-hands on roller bike trainers. Now that is skillz.

I love my Wii bowling. Managed to get it up to 1000 (pro level), but have been struggling since then. I like the baseball even more.

I managed to get up to pro level yesterday (second day playing). So far my high score is 209 so I still have a long way to go. The baseball game just pisses me off. I've only played it against the computer twice so far though. I really enjoy the tennis. I also bought wii play so I could get the extra remote, that "game" sucks!

Right now I am trying to decide if I am going to order Mario Kart or Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games. I have a $50 gift certificate to Amazon that I need to use. My main thing is that I want something that both me and my wife will enjoy, that is the reason I bought the Wii. She really seems to enjoy it so far. The games need to remain simple but fun though. She hates the PS3 except when we watch blu-rays.

Both of those games are great fun. Not difficult to catch on to, either.

Looks like I'm going to be ordering the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games. I can't find Mario Kart anywhere, seems to be pretty popular.

After routinely getting trounced by my 2 7yr old daughters I discovered my mark and bowled a 279 with 9 strikes in a row. Watching my girls play tennis is fun because they are jumping and diving all over the play room and the competition is fierce.

You are so exactly where I am/was. Very quickly I bought Wii Play for the 2nd remote too. I hated it as well, though the tank game isn't too bad.

I don't think I did Wii Bowling quite that much at first...it took me longer. I think my high score is like 240, but I still, on average, rarely break 200. Partly because I'm not playing every day like I was and getting out of practice.

I love tennis and baseball. Baseball is fun, but you have to play a bit to get some skill level going. At first when you skill level is so low your players will often miss easy balls because of that skill level. As you play and beat the computer you increase your skill level. I got baseball to pro level, but found it to be VERY HARD and immediately started losing until I was below pro level again. I find baseball more fun to play with my girlfrien.....er, wife.

A "must" game, I've found is "Active Life Outdoor Challenge". We got it for the exercise aspects, but its very fun too. It's got about 15-20 mini games and they are all very fun.

I have wii fit and for at xmas was given the Shaun White snowboarding road trip, not played it yet, been too busy playing top spin 3.

Mario Kart is a great racing game lots off fun, I also have tiger woods golf, carnival mini golf is a little strange to say the least.

I just went to lunch and while I was out I stopped by Game Stop. They had Mario Kart so I picked it up while I was there. I still have the $50 gift certificate to Amazon so I will probably order the olympics today unless I find something I think we will enjoy more.

I probably should find a game I can stay on the couch and play though. I'm getting knee surgery on 2/13 so I don't think I will be able to play the stand up games for a few days / weeks.

It looks stupid but the Rabbid Rabbits series is pretty dang fun. Has a ton of pointless games but they are all pretty fun and often times very funny.

I've heard a lot of people say that now. It's on my "check out" list.

Checkout a WiiWare game called "World of Goo". It's cheap and it's addictive and it's gotten rave reviews everywhere. There's a PC version too for those of you who hate the Wii.

There are a few versions. The TV party version is the best i've played. I've also played Raving Rabbids 2 but it isn't as good. Beware...these games can be quite addicting and tiring.

I played Mario Kart last night against a buddy of mine that I work with online. That was a blast! I ended up going to bed later than I planned but it was definitely worth it!

This thing makes me feel like a kid again. My wife keeps laughing at me and taking pictures when I get pissed off. My dog doesn't know what to think.
