    That was close!

Well, lots of snow, and on the way to school this morning, it was very slippery. I was at a stop sign a couple of blocks from my house, at the end of a curve. I look in my mirrors and there is a little green civic coming at me completely sideways, all 4 wheels locked up, coming up on my fairly fast, I accelerate, but I had no traction, maving slower than a dead snail. THe civic ended up right next to me pointed in the opposite direction, must have been inches from me.

on your bike or in your car?
Food for thought: if you aren't dead by 2050, you and your entire family will be within a few years from starvation. Now that is a cruel gift to leave for your offspring. ;)
