Define 'worst'. Did the event include exploding out of both ends simultaneously to the point of blacking out, falling off the toilet, and hitting your head on the tub, lacerating your nose in the process?

I am currently working through it right now. It totally sucks. I do like the weightloss though. It is a hard way to do it though.

The worst part now is, I can't tell if the pains in my stomach are from the virus or hunger.....

The worst of it was about 12 hours for me. the cold part has been about a week. I had a good nights sleep last night though. When you get so tired you do sleep well. Now if I just could trust my thoughts and eat something other than toast that would be great. (I must be getting better food sounds good right now.)

A flu bug nailed me 7 years ago. Very painful 3 weeks. No barfing or exhaust pipe trouble, but massive urination the first night. Foggy memories of staggering to the can every hour. Lost 10 pounds in one night. Terrible body pain for the duration.

Mine hit me wed night and didn't let up till about 5 the next day. but I was out of it till this morning, now I just kind of have a lingering headache. I hope that doesnt change into the flu, I'm supposed to be getting on a plane wed morning....

Try suffering from a fissure and then coming down with a stomach virus. Two weeks later and I am still healing.
