A friend wanted a Chinese Traditional Pictograph tat. I can't remember what he wanted for the translation, but I gave him this:

豬肉炒饭

I really thought he knew my sense of humor better. He didn't check the translation, like I had assumed he would. He got it inke4d. It translates to Pork Fried Rice.

He still hasn't found out, but always wonders what people in the Chinese Buffet are smiling about every time they see him with this tat on both sides of his neck.

How about the student that they blindfolded for a halfcourt shot at halftime of a college basketball game? The dude launches the ball at the hoop and is off by quite a bit. They unblindfold him as the 20,000 person arena goes wild, and they give the poor guy one of those big checks for 500k. Only to reveal a few seconds later he had been duped.

Best prank ever.

On a side note it has been a lifelong dream of mine to win a giant check. Can you deposit one of those?

Yup! As long as it has the valid routing number and account number - and obviously the presenter has the funds!

I used to work in a sign shop that made those giant checks for events - we were very specific what NOT to include on them.

A friend of mine got the symbol for pi tatooed on his bicep; he had thought about the yin-yang symbol, but thought that pi was a more clever, intellectual way to celebrate Things To Do With A Circle. Or some crap like that. Anyhow...

So we're standing in line at the local Greek-owned cafeteria getting breakfast one day, and the owner looks at my friend's tatoo and says "That's P! What is P for?"
